Torrid Return Policy

You can return a purchased item within 60 days of the purchase date on your receipt or packing slip for refund or exchange. A $6 return shipping fee will be deducted from your total return amount if you make the return by mail. To initiate a return, you must have the Torrid Store receipt or packing slip. Items without tags or the original packaging cannot be returned, as well as washed or worn items, accessories, intimates, clearance items, and gift cards.
