Replacements, Ltd Shipping Policy

The shipping costs vary according to your order total and the shipping option used for delivery of your order. Standard Shipping takes 7 to 10 business days, but you can request expedited shipping via Express Shipping or Priority Shipping if you need your order delivered faster. Express Shipping takes 3 business days if your order is placed by 7pm ET and Priority Shipping orders are delivered by the end of the next business day if ordered by 2:30pm ET.

Orders with a total of $99 and above qualify for free Standard Shipping. A signature will be required for deliveries of tableware or collectibles valued at $2,999 or more; as well as for estate jewelry or watches with a value more than $299. Any oversized merchandise or large volume orders will require additional shipping charges. Expedited Shipping options are not available for PO Box, APO, or FPO shipping addresses.

Replacements, Ltd Return Policy

In case you are not completely satisfied with the quality of any merchandise you receive, you are eligible for a refund minus shipping and handling charges as long as you return those items within 30 days. Altered or damaged items are not eligible for return. When you make your return, you can specify whether you want a refund, gift card, or an exchange. Returns should be shipped prepaid and insured via FedEx or U.S. Postal Service using the return label provided at the bottom front of your invoice. If you opt for an exchange instead of a refund, you can request a Fast Exchange by calling the Customer Service number. An exchange item will be sent to you right away, as long as the requested item is in stock. You will be charged the merchandise price for the exchange item and once the return item is received, your refund will be credited to you within 7 days of receipt.
