PsPrint Return Policy

By the terms of the Customer Satisfaction Guarantee, if you are not 100% satisfied with your order, you can call Customer Service within 30 days from the date of receipt and PsPrint will reprint part or all of your order. A full refund may be offered in some cases, excluding shipping, postage, and processing costs. Orders not sent to the printing presses within 180 days are available for a full refund upon request. No refunds will be given for orders that have already been received by the pre-press department. If no work has been done on your order yet, a refund may be extended to you and you will be charged a $15 cancellation fee in addition to any fees charged for proofs.
