Molecule Mattress Return Policy

You may request a return of your mattress after sleeping on it between 30 and 100 nights. Return time frame begins on delivery date. Only one return of a mattress per customer, household, order and/or delivery address.

Returned mattresses are to be donated to a verified 501(c)3 charity and refund is processed when you send a photo of the donation receipt to Molecule. You will be refunded for the cost of the mattress (less any discounts) once the mattress is removed from your home by an authorized party from Comfort DTC upon reception of the photo of the donation receipt. You may request a return of Mattress Topper, Sateen Sheets, Percale Sheets, Duvet Cover, Shams, Duvet Insert, Pillowcases and Pillows within 30 nights of delivery date. Only one order of Sleep Accessories is eligible for return per customer, household, order and/or delivery address. You can only return Molecule Candle if it is unburned within 30 days for a full refund.
