Modell's Shipping Policy

There are 3 shipping options available for Modell's merchandise which are Standard Ground Delivery, Priority 2-Day Delivery, and Express Overnight Delivery. The standard option takes 5 to 7 business days after the order leaves the Modell's distribution centers. The other options are faster, with Priority deliveries arriving in 2 business days after leaving the distribution centers, while Express deliveries arrive by the next business day after dispatch from the distribution centers. Shipping costs vary according to the order total and the shipping option selected. If your order has oversized items, the charge for shipping those will be calculated using the size and weight of the specific item.

Modell's Return Policy

Orders cannot be changed once they’re placed online unless your order has not been processed. In that case, you can call Modell's and they’ll try to change it for you, otherwise you’ll have to return your order after receiving it. Apart from a few exceptions such as custom and personalized items, special order items, undergarments, swimsuits, and hosiery; Modell's accepts the return of products within 365 days of delivery. You can return products via mail and the shipping costs will be your responsibility, or you can take your order back to one of their store locations.

First you need to get a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number then take your order back to Modell's in the original packaging. The original tags, instructions, and accessories provided with the order during the original shipment must be included with the return. Some items have special return exceptions which means you’ll need to contact Modell's’ Customer Service before returning them. Special Returns Exceptions include treadmills, elliptical machines, exercise bikes, ping pong tables, swagtron, and Fitbit. A restocking fee of 10% will be charged unless the manufacturer deems the product to be defective or unrepairable.
