MIRA Safety Return Policy

You can return orders to MIRA Safety within 30 days for a refund as long as the products are in new, unused, and re-saleable condition. All products that are returned are inspected and if any liquids, dust, or scratches are found on the products, they’ll be deemed unreturnable and ineligible for refund. Open-box products are charged a 15% restocking fee. Some products have special return conditions. For example, gas mask filters that have an open vacuum seal cannot be returned for a refund, but if the gas masks are returned after being tried on, they can be exchanged. In the case of a return, the customer will have to pay the return shipping fee for the gas masks and MIRA Safety will pay the shipping costs of the new product.
