BJ’s Shipping Policy

BJ’s ships orders to addresses in the contiguous United States via US Priority Mail, USPS, UPS, or FedEx couriers. You can choose from standard ground, expedited ground, 2nd day air, overnight, and priority overnight shipping. Note that some of the expedited shipping methods may not be available for certain items. Members of BJ’s Inner Circle and Perks Rewards can choose to pick up orders at their local club for free as long as the items are in stock. BJ’s does not currently ship to California, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, P.O Boxes or APO/FPO addresses except in the case of gift cards.

BJ’s Return Policy

You can cancel your BJ’s order if it isn’t already in the process of being fulfilled. Merchandise purchased at BJ’s can be returned for a refund or an exchange in its new condition with all original accessories intact. Non-grocery items must be returned within a year of purchase. All electronics, TVs, and home theater displays are returnable within 90 days of purchase, while all major appliances are returnable within 30 days of delivery. If you receive any electronics in damaged condition, you must return them within 14 days of receipt.
