Free UPS Ground shipping applies to orders of $69 and above. Other shipping services available include UPS 2nd Day Air and UPS Next Day Air Saver. Shipping charges and delivery times differ for each service offered.

Nine West Return Policy

You can return an item for a refund within 21 days of delivery and your refund will be credited to your original form of payment, minus a $6.95 restocking fee per order. All items to be returned must be in sellable condition in original packaging for a refund to be issued. A packing slip and prepaid return label will be provided with each package for use in case of a return. Nine West cannot process true exchanges online, but they can credit a reimbursement of the restocking fee if you wish to make a replacement purchase. To exchange goods you have to return your original order then submit an exchange fee waiver request through the website. A code will be emailed to you to use on your next purchase to deduct the $6.95 fee from your new order. Once an order has been placed it can only be cancelled if the shipping process has not begun.
