Happy Friday Everyone! Can you believe that it is already the end of summer? While we technically still have a few more weeks, Labor Day Weekend is the unofficial sign off. We hope that you have fun plans filled with outdoor fun to end summer, but also don’t forget about the major sales going on nationwide. If you need to get any shopping done, this weekend is definitely the time to go. We are making sure that we get the best deals for you, so make sure to check in with us all weekend long. We don’t want you to miss out on any discounts. Whether you decide to spend the weekend at the beach or out shopping, have a wonderful and safe holiday!

If your house or office is anything like our office right now, the fruit flies are out of control. They are like buzzards the second food or drinks come out. Instead of constantly swatting them away or trying to kill them with your hands, set up a death trap. Fill a small dish with 2 tablespoons of Apple Cider Vinegar and a teaspoon of dish soap. Then set the dish out and watch as it starts attracting and trapping the pesky little flies.

Before you start your trip this weekend, make sure that you are fully loaded with any and all entertainment you will want. Download any books, movies, games, or newspapers that you think you will want to entertain yourself with while traveling so that you aren’t tempted to make any purchases along the way. Being prepared will save you from boredom and overspending, making for a much happier and successful trip.

The next time your dishwasher smells a little funky, don’t waste money on cleaner. Just use the vinegar that you already have around the house. Just like a washing machine, you can run a vinegar load to clean it out and freshen it up. Just toss a cup of white vinegar into the bottom of your empty dishwasher and run it on a normal cycle. Do this as often as you see fit so that you are getting the most out of every load and aren’t left with smelly dishes that are suppose to be clean.

Instead of spending a ton of money on creams to get rid of your dark circles or makeup to cover them up, try an at home remedy that will lighten up those dark marks naturally. Next time you are having issues with dark circle, apply a thin layer of honey under your eyes and leave it on for about 20 minutes. Once you are ready, remove the honey by gently rinsing with warm water and patting dry. This should reduce the look of your circles and make your skin feel awesome.

Again, have a perfect weekend savvy savers!

xoxo Shannon
