This post-holiday season, why not pick up a hilarious memoir check out a comedy show, or just spend a day with the friend who always makes you smile? Lighten up and you’ll see your post-holiday blues lift, too.

Commit to facing your fears

Feeling uninspired, directionless, or just after the holidays? Nothing helps you reenergize more than venturing outside of your comfort zone.
