NYDJ Return Policy

Orders are processed immediately after you submit them so it’s impossible to make any changes or cancel your order. NYDJ merchandise can be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided items are in their original condition, that is, unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached. Your refund will be credited in the same form as the original payment method. Defective merchandise can also be returned for a refund within the same time, but final-sale items are ineligible for return. NYDJ currently does not process exchanges for online purchases.
