Home Chef Return Policy

To cancel your delivery, you need to notify Home Chef by phone at least 12 hours prior to midnight of the delivery date. Home Chef won’t issue any refunds for any meals that have already been delivered. If you successfully canceled a delivery, Home Chef will issue a refund within 5 business days after the cancellation is confirmed.
