Donner Deal Shipping Policy

Orders are shipped from U.S. warehouses typically within 5 to 25 working days through the couriers DHL, Singapore Post, E-packet, UPS, USPS, EMS, and Royal Mail. The shipping cost for all orders is calculated according to the weight of the package. If the package weighs over 1kg or has a length exceeding 40cm, the appropriate charge will automatically be added to your total at checkout. Free standard shipping is available for orders weighting between 0 and 0.5kg. If you want to buy large items such as guitars and ukuleles, you can contact Donner Deal at donnerdeal@gmail.com before you place your order and they will calculate the exact freight charges for shipping it to your location.

Donner Deal Return Policy

You have up to 30 days from the date of purchase to return your orders for a refund or exchange. All items being returned must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition they were in when you bought them. According to the return policy on the website, Donner Deal will be responsible for return shipping fees only for products with quality related issues and a Return Merchandise Authorization form will be provided. If you’re returning your order for other reasons, you’ll be responsible for paying the return shipping fees.

Certain items like free gifts and downloadable software products are not eligible for return. When Donner Deal receives your returned items and inspects them, you’ll receive an email notifying you whether your request for a refund has been approved or rejected. Approved refunds are processed thereafter and credited to your original form of payment. Replacements are only possible for defective or damaged items.
