HAPPY FRIDAY EVERYONE! We hope that you had a fantastic week. As we hinted at last week, we have a very big surprise for Mother’s Day. Starting Monday we will be having a big #giveaway to celebrate all of the mother’s in our lives, so be sure to check in with us on how you can enter to win. From technology to beauty to jewelry, we have you covered on all the best gifts to give your loved ones this year. If you are celebrating Easter this weekend, have a fantastic holiday, and everyone else have a safe and fun weekend!

Working out is not always fun, and it can also get very expensive. If you are the kind of person that gets bored with doing exercises, make a game of it. The reason that workout classes are so great is because they are typically more fun than hopping on a machine. The idea of creating a cup with workouts written on popsicle sticks, is like writing a to-do-list; you can actually see you accomplishments and compete with yourself. Throw in a variety of exercises to keep it fresh daily!

A bad night sleep not only makes you feel terrible, but it also can severely impact your productivity throughout the day. If you are constantly waking up exhausted, try and see if you can track your sleep. Apps like Sleepbot and Sleep As Android, allow you to track your movements and sounds, so in the morning you can see how you were sleeping. In addition, they have the ability to try and wake you up when you are in a lighter sleep cycle, so you aren’t jolted awake from a deep sleep. The apps are free, and it is very interesting to see in the morning.

We already know that sticking to the outer aisles of the grocery store is healthier and will ultimately save you money because you aren’t buying over processed junk. Well if you are looking to cut down even more on your try cutting out one or two meat meals a week. Meat is much more expensive than non-meat alternatives, so this can immediately lower your bill and save you hundreds every month (depending on how much meat you eat). You can try new recipes, or replace the ingredients in old favorites.

Sandal weather is here, which means our feet probably need a good detox before being shown to the world. Make a spa night with your family or friends and give your feet their needed attention. Start with this awesome detox bath, with warm water, sea salt, baking soda, and Epsom salt. Then you can follow it with a nice foot scrub, and then finish it off with a pedicure. It saves you money from getting a professional pedicure and is also a fantastic alternative to going out. Good friends and spa treatments are the perfect combination.

If you are ever traveling or even just don’t have time to iron at home, have no fear. Just like a steamer, you can get the wrinkles out of your favorite outfits using the a hot shower. Just hang your clothes on the shower rod and close the curtain so that your clothes don’t get wet. Then turn the hot water on for 5-15 minutes to make the whole room steamy. This should release the wrinkles and get your clothes ready to go!

Again, have a fantastic weekend!
